Leadership

Leadership is a gift and a calling, and at PCC we passionately believe in doing leadership as a TEAM.  We leave no room for lone rangers.  At PCC, several leadership teams function, each with different responsibilities.

The Ministry Leadership Team, otherwise known as the MLT  provides visionary & strategic leadership to PCC.  It initiates, encourages, & monitors the development of new ministries; oversees the worship & community life of PCC; and consistently reviews ministries & finds remidies for ministries not operating effectively. The Board oversees and protects the legal and financial integrity of PCC, including approval of yearly budgets; purchasing of major items; leal contracts; and guidelines and policies regarding church assets.  Click on Mark Setch,  David Taylor, Moira Thiesfield, &  Cathy Gear to find out more about them.

The Leadership Community  comprises leaders of ministry areas, home gatherings, and worship, including the MLT and Board.  This quarterly gathering of all leaders allows for input from and consultation from a PCC's growing base of leaders.
