The Nations

The commission of Jesus is clear:  we are to go and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19).  PCC's vision is to make known Christ's peace to people, our region and nations.  We do this in a number of ways.  We will consistently and persistently pray for the nations.  We will support people from PCC who are called to serve as missionaries in other countries, and also those who will serve as part of a short-term missions team.  We will prayerfully and financially support minsitry that is happening in other nations, as the Lord leads.

The Board of PCC has determined that PCC will only suport groups or individuals in evangelistic and/or humanitarian ministries that are part of an officially registered, overtly Christian mission organisation.

Currently PCC supports the minsitry of Action Chick in raising funds to build a house for orphans of AIDS victims in Uganda through the ministry of Watoto.  PCC also supports evangelist Martin Assumani in the Congo through Young Ministry Group (YMG), and Bible teacher and pastor Bishu and the Discipleship Centre he leads in Bangladesh.
